What advantages do I have with a customer account?

As a registered qbendo customer, you will benefit from the following advantages:
  • Simple and comfortable order process
  • Overview of open and completed orders
  • Tracking of your shipments
  • PDF download of your invoices
  • Easy reordering of products
  • Saved preferred delivery and payment methods

How do I create a customer account?

You can access the registration form under 'Create a new customer account'. Once your registration is complete, your personal data will be applied to your next order. If needed, you can change your order data at any time directly in the order form.
For data protection reasons, you cannot automatically access qbendo orders that you placed with us before you created your customer login. However, you can link them manually afterwards. We’ll explain in the next section how you can do that.

How can I link previous orders to my customer account?

  1. Open the link to the status page of the qbendo order you want to connect to your customer account. You can find the link in the e-mail containing the order confirmation.
  2. On the status page, select the option 'link order to account' (orange button at the top).

If you don’t see this option, there could be two reasons:
  • You have not logged in to qbendo. You must first log into your customer account.
  • The order has already been linked to another qbendo customer account.

How do I change my user data?

To change your user data, go to 'My account'. Here, you can easily change your e-mail address and your password. On the 'My addresses' page, you have the option to change or delete your billing and delivery address.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, it can be easily reset. Click on 'Forgot password' and enter your email address. We will send you an email with a link you can use to create a new password for your customer login.
If you receive an error message when trying to reset your password, you most likely have not yet created a customer account with us. Go to 'Create customer account' to open a new account.

What happens to my personal data? Is it passed on to third parties?

We handle your data under strict compliance with the current regulations of the data protection act. The collection, retention, usage, handling and transfer of your data is consistent with our applicable data protection regulations. These regulations can be viewed in our Data Protection Declaration.
Any data you enter at qbendo.dk is encrypted before it is transmitted (HTTPS/TLS, identifiable through the lock in the browser address bar). Your password is encrypted and saved and will never be shared with third parties.

How do I delete my customer account?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to delete your customer account. If you definitely don't need your account anymore, please proceed as follows:
  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. On the "My account" dashboard page, klick on the button 'Delete account'. This button can be found at the bottom of the dashboard page.
  3. Enter the necessary data in both fields and complete the process by clicking the button below.
Please note: Deleting the customer account cannot be undone. However, your orders and the delivery and billing addresses specified for them remain unchanged.

Can I order without a customer login?

Of course, you can also place orders without a registered customer login. With a qbendo customer account, however, you will benefit from many advantages. See 'What advantages do I have with a customer account? for more information.
